Awaiting Fulfilment means your order has been sent to our warehouse team.

Awaiting Shipment means our warehouse team have your order and are picking and packing and once completed will contact our courier company.

Shipped means courier company have collected your order from our Warehouse and it’s on its way to you! Once the order has been picked up by courier company, it is in their hands.

We can change the details of an order once it has been placed. Please contact Customer Care by calling +1 214 861 9085 if you have made an error and we will try to halt your order, however due to fast processing times this is not guaranteed. 

We do not accept any liability for incorrect addresses; however we will always try to amend where we can. If your order is returned to our warehouse due to incorrect address and error made during purchase, you will be charged shipping rates for the second time before your order is reshipped. To avoid disappointment, please make sure you check your delivery address carefully.
