We will offer an exchange on any full priced item. The item must be unopened and unused in its original packaging and must be within 28 days of receipt of your delivery or in store purchase. Valid proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

Specially ordered large items (i.e., an item we do not keep stock of and where we raise an order direct to you from a supplier), except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected, may not be able to be returned if they are unwanted. REFUNDS
Instore Refund
We will accept a refund for any full priced product returned within the 28-day return period. For change of mind items, we will offer an exchange or store credit coupon return of the item. The item must be unopened and unused in its original packaging and be within 28 days of receipt of your purchase. Valid proof of purchase is required.
Online Refund
